Fashion Solution is recruiting for the the Buying department of our client a Buyer Key Accounts and Made to Measure. The buyer is responsible for implementing the collection in the system and the ateliers. You’ll also be responsible to follow-up on quality, price, and terms with suppliers. Over de functie


  • Organizing all buying related tasks around key accounts
  • Being in daily contact with buyers from key accounts and following up on collection related questions
  • Getting collection sheet from key accounts including checking prices, compositions, fabric details
  • Contact suppliers and place orders and call off first orders
  • Follow-up on customer requests on the new collection, questions about materials, statuses of deliveries
  • Request sample meters at suppliers, and organize tech sheet and instruction for ateliers and POS orders
  • Working out bunch supply list, and coordinate with Bunchroom and sales to distribute the correct amount of bunches to the right shops
  • Importing new materials in the system, update the information when necessary Attending quarterly meetings with key accounts, present ongoing projects, stock status, and sales reports


  • Import and update new bunches in the system
  • Make sure prices are up-to-date as prices can change per season
  • Being the main contact person of bespoke fabrics for our customer services department
  • Negotiate price lists with suppliers
  • Follow-up on customer service requests from customers (bunch orders throughout season etc.)
  • Follow-up on requests and complaints about bespoke fabrics from our atelier and/ or suppliers
  • Onboarding new bespoke fabric suppliers and explaining our concept and workflow and ensuring we have the best prices
  • Arrange distribution list for specific suppliers 2x year
  • Make sure our suppliers are informed about our seasonal bunch distribution to our customers and follow-up on the orders and their statuses
  • Make sure system is up-to-date with all existing CL bunches

  • 5 years of working experience in relevant job
  • Passion for top quality menswear products and materials
  • Optimistic, confident, and solutions-oriented
  • Strong planning skills, ability to work with strict deadlines
  • Structured and detail-oriented
  • Good to strong negotiation skills
  • Team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Degree in fashion or related study
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
