Fashion Solution is searching for the Client Acquisition & On-boarding team of our client a Internal Sales Acquisition Coordinator. In this role you will mainly work from the office, but also occasionally on the road in direct link between the (potential) international partners and internal departments. Are you a service orientated person with great communication skills and fluent in Dutch and English reply directly!

Over de functie

  • Managing the on-boarding of new partners
  • Responsible for all meetings for the acquisition team, including preparing, presenting, and follow-up
  • Weekly calls with the acquisition sales team to review all operational topics
  • Coordinating and cooperating with different departments to manage all operational topics
  • Answering incoming calls and emails from your accounts within 24 hours
  • Tracking down answers to incoming questions from new partners, ensuring the customer receives a clear and satisfactory response
  • Tracking and tracing orders
  • Handling returns and complaints with our partners and customers
  • Guiding our key accounts through our collection and our in-house web platform
  • Managing (incoming) orders and deliveries
  • Ordering POS materials

Functie eisen

  • Minimal HBO working and thinking level and 2–5 years experience in a similar position is preferred
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); other languages a plus
  • Communicative with excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Client and service oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Flexible (able to switch easily between several tasks)
  • A real team player
  • Comfortable working in a professional environment with strict deadlines
  • Enjoy working with people from different cultures
  • Experience with Excel
